The challenge for Drum Drum was not just about rebranding their identity but also addressing the urgent need to recruit employees. This required a creative approach that aligned the company’s values of sustainability and industry leadership with their recruitment efforts. We needed to communicate both the prestige of the brand and the excitement of joining a forward-thinking company. The “Barrels full of jobs” (or “Vaten vol jobs”) campaign perfectly encapsulated this challenge, turning their core product—steel drums—into a powerful metaphor for employment opportunities, resonating with the target audience.

In creating the campaign, the focus was on maintaining Drum Drum's identity as an industry leader while also drawing attention to their immediate hiring needs. The space around the campaign had to reflect both the sustainability message and the vibrant, dynamic nature of their work. Through bold visuals and minimalistic design, we created a campaign that stood out for its simplicity. The use of professional dancers rhythmically tapping on the steel drums not only brought attention to the brand’s core activity but also conveyed the rhythm and energy of a thriving, growing company. The combination of engaging imagery, thoughtful branding, and a strong recruitment message ensured Drum Drum's presence was both visually striking
