We are looking for a senior, sales-driven Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a clear affinity for branding, design and strategy. You work with ambitious, often international clients and build long-term relationships at a senior level.
You are the main point of contact for clients, think proactively and combine commercial drive with a sharp sense of quality, structure and collaboration.
Your role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for guiding clients and projects from A to Z. You deliberately balance your focus between commercial growth and strong account and project management, safeguarding both quality and profitability.
This includes:
- Independently managing client relationships and projects, from intake and briefing to delivery
- Leading new business and commercial discussions in close collaboration with the founder and senior team members
- Preparing proposals, scopes of work and quotations, and actively contributing to closing deals
- Ensuring a smooth transition from deal closing into the project and delivery phase, with clear alignment between commercial agreements and execution
- Translating client needs into clear briefings and project plans
- Coordinating strategic and creative processes in close collaboration with internal teams
- Leading and coordinating pitches and tenders for new business and public or private procurements
- Managing colleagues and external partners with a clear view on planning, budget and scope
- Actively growing existing accounts and identifying commercial opportunities, with a strong focus on upselling and new business
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior and international stakeholders
- Safeguarding client satisfaction, quality and smooth collaboration
- Working closely with clients and being regularly present with clients in Brussels, Antwerp and Limburg

Your skills
- At least five years of relevant experience in account management within branding, communication or an agency environment
- Proven experience working with larger and international clients
- Strong commercial skills and a clear sales mindset
- Fluent and professional communication in Dutch, English and French, both written and spoken
- Experience combining sales and project management in a balanced 50/50 role
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Stress-resistant, well organised and results-driven
- Team player with natural leadership qualities
- Based in Belgium and flexible to work with clients in Brussels, Antwerp and Limburg
