When two digital talent solution providers —NedWorks and Ariad— merged, the eternal challenge presented itself: how to brand this union? After the successful collaboration on branding NedWorks, SKINN was entrusted again with the task of forging a new identity linked closely to the group's vision and ambition. We found common threads in the attitude and way of working of both companies, which together became drivers for the new yet legacy-rooted story.
We accomplished the analytical balancing act through research that focused on both business and human aspects of the two companies. Eventually, the strongest assets on each side became the key ingredients of the new story: NedWorks' people-oriented nature and vibrant brand identity, along with the name, international presence, and personal approach of Ariad, proved to be the way to go. In this configuration, the brand equity of Ariad became the cornerstone on which the company could build further.
