Locinox is a global industry leader, yet their visual identity and digital presence no longer reflected their innovative DNA. The existing branding felt outdated and the product focus was often overshadowed by the gate itself. In addition, the website lacked usability, and their employer brand didn’t fully convey the company’s unique culture—making it harder to attract top technical talent.
Rather than reinvent the brand, we chose to refine it. We preserved recognisable elements but introduced a fresher palette—warm orange, white and soft grey—to bring clarity and energy. The branding now clearly highlights the hardware, thanks to streamlined visuals and carefully curated photography. The revamped website offers intuitive navigation and improved product visibility. To attract talent, we created a more human and relatable identity with strong storytelling and behind-the-scenes content featuring the team and clients.
We also had the opportunity to co-create the interior of their new headquarters, seamlessly integrating the brand story into the space. The result? A future-forward workplace filled with smart, high-tech touches that echo Locinox’s innovation, balanced by cosy areas like a green patio and a bar—showcasing the brand’s family spirit. It doesn’t just look Locinox. It feels like Locinox.
