Thrust — A sleek and raw physiotherapy practice. Thrust’s 200m² Antwerp clinic blends raw materials with sleek design to create a calm, energising space that promotes movement, balance, and vitality.

This physiotherapy practice is designed to embody the principles of balance and harmony, reflecting the clinic’s approach of activity, sustainability, and vitality. The aim is to create a space that encourages a pain-free, unrestricted life, helping clients return to their natural state. The design focuses on raw, unfinished materials such as aluminum, grey MDF, concrete and plaster - creating a sense of calmness and simplicity. These elements are balanced by large doors that gently diffuse light and enhance the overall sense of tranquility and privacy when closed.

The choice of materials defines the dominant grey tones, complemented by vibrant yellow accents in the sanitary areas that heighten awareness and symbolise joy and strength - providing an energetic boost before a session and a refreshing lift afterward. The goal was to create a timeless design by finding the perfect balance between sleek and raw, between simplicity and a touch of the unexpected.
