Spanning four stories, the TVH office building measures 10,000m².

Its design was meticulously crafted not only to meet the organisation's current requirements but also to be adaptable for the future. The interior layout features a central hub on each floor, constructed using a bespoke and modular wall system. This innovative approach enables the company to expand and rearrange internal services without the need for extensive renovations. Every aspect is tailored to be adjustable.

An encircling cloister establishes a clear division between the communal areas and the individual workspaces, while allowing ample natural light to infiltrate.

The material palette leans towards a refined and occasionally monochromatic aesthetic, employing anodised aluminum and grey fibreboard. In contrast, vibrant red accents play a defining role within the communal areas of the structure.
